Overtraining is different for everyone. If you can recover from your workout then go for it. I do a 5 day split that is kind of like yours and i find that it works well. In my opinion, Tyler's workout is undertraining and overtraining. Three days a week i believe isnt enough and on monday and wednesday he must be in there for over 2 hours to do all those body parts. But if it worx for him, thats all that matters.

    Peace

one day for just biceps and forearms? they are tiny muscles comparative to the rest of your body I'd change that **** up. Put biceps on back day and shoulders on chest day or split up workouts so its Push, Pull, Legs. Or do opposite muscle groups:
    chest/back
shoulders/arms (i know shoulders and arms arent opposites they are opposites to themselves)
    legs
Training opposing muscle groups reducing likelihood of injury since while you are working chest it stretches your back and vica versa, meaning you will be more limber. I'd do this if I were you
    Day 1 Chest/Back
    Day 2 Legs
    Day 3 Shoulders/Arms
    Day 4 rest
repeat. If you want to do just M-F then just cycle it so one week its Days 1,2,3,4,1 next week is 2,3,4,1,2 etc. and take weekends off.

shoulders the day after tri's? thats hindering your shoulder progress i think...my tri's are sore after working them and i wouldnt want to even think about using them to do a pressing movement.

Here i don't feel like explaining everything but heres a good routine no BS,

    chest, forearms
    biceps, quads
    off
shoulders, hams, a little tri, traps
    back, calves, abs
    off
    repeat

When you workout i personally think you should split legs up , train abs every 4 days ..........Just don't over due it .
