I have never reviewed a creatine before, so this will be the first, so very stoked.....I received CREATURE 2 days ago, so today will be the first day. My reviewing scale will be simple on a 0-5 scale. Well time to go for now, but stay tuned for the review.

Well Yesterday was the first day every using CREATURE.....but here is my initial review with some before pics so, when the review is over can take after picture....
these pictures are before taking BEAST NUTRITION'S CREATURE.....

CREATURE (citrus flavor)= I will be taking CREATURE according to the label, and manufacturer recommendations,
There are 60 servings per container, so this review will run 30 days. The serving size is 5 grams, according to label I will consume (1) scoop 30 minutes prior to workout and (1) scoop 30 minutes after workout.
Nutrition= My nutrition is not really great at this point, trying to get my required macros, but lack of appetite, but working on that.
Training= My training for this log will be; following 4 sets-8 reps (or more), week will start on Sunday's and will train 4 days a week, in hope to break old PR's so will see.
Sunday= cardio (hiit), BICEPS & TRICEPS & FOREARMS
Monday= off day
Tuesday= LEGS
Wednesday= cardio (hiit), CHEST & BACK
Thursday= off day
Friday= cardio (hiit), SHOULDERS
Saturday= off day

Well i got back late Sunday from being down state visiting family and ARNOLD CLASSIC, then Monday i was back at it for work, 24 hour shift. Well needless to say the ARNOLD CLASSIC ended to soon for me, this being my first one Sooooooo....again im gona get my log caught up....

Started the 2 block walk to the expo and went to events prior to opening ant 1030am, about 30 minutes prior to i took some CREATURE, to help me get thru the event, then after event had another serving, it was pretty hectic in there shoulder to shoulder fighting the crowds was just like a workout.

All in all it was a great 2 workouts and a great all around 24 hour shift..

well sorry guys, while at Arnold, my home town got blasted with a huge snow storm, just got internet back, but really had to post on phone....
we were in state of emergency, i have been workin non stop since storm will update next 3 days as i am home for few hours to see kids and wife then back on duty....
cteature citrus is an extremely awesome creatine... has helped in recovery...
arnold was fkippin crazy, couldnt even make it to the good boths....

CREATURE REVIEW
ENERGY= initially a 2 increased to 4
MIXABILITY= initially 4 increased to 5
STRENGTH= initially 2 increased 4.5
TASTE= initially 4 increased to 5
BODY COMPOSITION= later
BLOATING/CRAMPING= mild in the beginning to none.....
UPSET STOMACH= still does not make me upset
RECOVERY= initially a 2 increased to 4.5
Again this is my very first CREATINE review, the CREATURE CITRIS flavored from BEAST is a GREAT product....

Is it necessary to take it on off days? I just got the beast creature powder and it says to take 30 min before and 30 min after workout but nothing regarding off days???....Height 5'11
