Hello!
Could you guys help me put together a quick and effective routine that works my entire body? I would like to work my Abs and Shoulders/Back especially much.
Could you link me to tutorials on how to exercise the exercises you put together? Thanks!
I am 206 CM tall but i only weigh 83 kilos so i'd like to gain some muscles. I have BodyScience gainer which i take after each workout ^_^

yes this. if you want Shoulder, make sure you really hit that military press hard. Compound Exercises will help you get bigger and isolation exercises will help you get toned. So you wanna get bigger, do compound workouts. Also, if you want those abs, i suggest you work them 3 times a week, say you do mon-fri, do mon-weds-fri abs and tues-thurs cardio. I would suggest doing HIIT type cardio on tues or thurs and Slow intense cardio on the other day prolly thursday. Just to add to the suggestion, my cardio consists of mainly swimming. I do 500 yard for speed after my workout on tues and a morning 1.5 mile run for speed on tues, and i do 1 mile swim on thursday after my workout.
