Could you guys help me put together a quick and effective routine that works my entire body? I would like to work my Abs and Shoulders/Back especially much.

I am 206 CM tall but i only weigh 83 kilos so i'd like to gain some muscles. I have BodyScience gainer which i take after each workout ^_^
