    Question pre and post workout nutrition

    I am 16 and my question is to do with the days i am not working out. SHould i eat the same as i would be when i am working out ? wher do my post and pre workout meals go ? do i eat less more or the same if there are 6 meals for me in a workout day.. my second question involves pre and post workout meals..since i am 16 what should i eat to build muscle and recover?

    If i were you id Eat the Same amounts Just Change the Protien to Longer Digesting, And The Carbs to Complex instead Of Simple!!
