Deadlift form - Legdrive.
I've been working on my deadlift, step by step, recently achieved the upper back tightness that I desire.
So I try to just work on one thing at a time.
NOW I'm moving on to fixing my legdrive during the sart of the lift.
I've tried to analyze my videos and it seems like my butt shoots up way to much
and puts the load on my lower back, which makes sence cause my lumbar is killing me from time to time.
Any pointers/ mental queues to activate my glutes more throughout the movement?

Keep in mind i was working off of a 445 max
Deadlift: 410 x 1 (last warmup set)
Deadlift: 435 x 3 PR
