This probably has more to do with question threads, but what about people asking their question before they input their overload of information? Often am I reading through a bunch of opinions, theories, body statistics, diet, sleep, shoe-size, etc... before I even know what I'm really reading about. It would be easier to dribble this information when I know the nature of what they're asking specifically.
Thanks.

Start strength training by working out daily, not just walking or running, start doing simple pushups and situps for a two weeks. The third week start doing upper body conditioning like working your arms, biceps, etc. 4th week start doing lower body muscle conditioning. rinse and repeat.

There really aren't any learning tools that I've found in my research in regards to print modeling, or modeling for photos. The target groups like us are so small that it isn't worth anyone's time or investment. However, looking at photos and practicing on your own is the best teacher. When you are at competitions watch other competitors in front of the camera backstage, especially those who you already know are photogenic. Practice in front of the mirror at home for your best poses, and practice in front of the camera too. Get feedback from photographers and have a conversation during the shoot so that you learn your best side, best features, etc.
In flexing your photos, if you want to look the most lean and ripped, you literally have to flex everything. Everything is tight, stiff, exagerated arched back, even if you are only flexing your arms you should also tighten your legs to make the overall package look good.
Hope that helps!!!

Deadlift form check
Week 1, Day 2 of SL 5x5. So the weight is significantly less than I can normally deadlift, but the idea is supposed to be to check form and get others to critique. The trainer at 24 hour said it was great form, but those guys don't really lift, so I wanted to see what you guys think.
My current 5RM is 230, but on SL they have you go back to around 50%, so this is only 115.
