I wonder at my age I have a remote chance? Mucho surgery...lol for me! I need to lose a lot more fat off my body and it is going pretty slowly. I am now about 175# at 5'8" and that is not healthy...but I started ay 247#.
I have just added Guggulsterones to my supplement mix. Bought from TrueNutrition; also bough a custom mix of whey protein isolate, cold filtered. Hope it tases better and works better that what I am already using.
My gym routine is still being determined. Mostly core work and cardio, but cutting back on the cardio and will be lifting tonight.

You have a better chance than you think. I only started 4 years ago It's tougher at our age, but we can damn sure come close.
I have been training 7 days a week for about 7 years.
& yes, 100% natty. Apparently it is extremely hard to believe.
Just eat right and train hard.... I train as hard as I can everyday, and how up the next day and do everything in my power to train harder..
Thanks for taking the time out to reply personally. If you say you are I'm quite happy to take your word for it unless presented with contradictory evidence! You're right about it being hard to believe but that's because there aren't many female bodybuilders who've achieved what you have naturally so the assumption will always be steroids.
I just can't believe how light you are considering your height and the amount of muscle you're carrying! What's your body fat percentage?

I'm give it my best or die trying...well not really die!
Is is normal for my veins to pop out of my arms...it seems as I'm getting smaller it is more prominant and I remember my mom has veiny arms...she is age 78 and a yoga person.
My BP is normal...I guess I'm not holding too much excess water..which is good. At the gym I hydrate with the sugarfree poweraid.

I've watched some of your Youtube videos and I have to say very impressive. It takes a lot of mental discipline and strength to keep at it every day, day in and day out, especially when you know how bad it's going to hurt. Not only are you physically tough, but mentally tough too. Just goes to prove what can be achieved when you set your mind to it, and are persistant. You've got to want it pretty bad to keep going when everything inside you says I just want to stay home today.
I make serious gains because I am the type of guy who doesn't listen to NO. I don't let other people tell me I can't do something, and more importantly I don't let myself tell me I can't do something. Losers say I should do this, or maybe I'll try this. I find out what I need to do, and I just do it. In fact, I do what ever it takes, because someone else out there isn't going to. That's what makes me a champion.
Dana Linn is great. Glad to hear she's natty. I've been doing some of her workouts lately. BRUTAL but so FUN ! Whoo! I'm 48 and started to seriously train about 4 years ago. So yes, it's possible at any age. 80% diet, 10% exercise, 10% genes !

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but lifting your butt and back off the bench like she does is a powerlifting style techique, no? To be able to lift more I believe... but maybe someone can confirm that...
I don't know why but I find it extremely annoying that people have such a skewed view of female natural muscle capabilities. If you've worked hard to develop your physique, have gotten really lean, people assume your hyuuuge or on something. People see pictures of me and they are like, "I don't want to get that big. " I'm not that big!! LOL I'm not big at all. I wear a size 4 and weigh 126 lbs!

No, it isn't. If someone's ass comes off the bench then it's just ****ty form.
For powerlifting your ass and shoulders must remain on the bench, and there's other individual rules depending on federation ie. feet flat on ground, head stays on bench etc.
That video is awesome! I think I watched every training video I could find So motivating!!!
Did you ever watch this one??? I love watching it before leg day
I just watched it and damn!! After looking at this video, it occured to me that I've been kind of going thru the motions on some of my workouts. I'll definately step it up in gym from now on.
lol! Love it!!!!! Makes you realize just how hard you have to work for it!!!

Have you seen her latest picture on fb? It is a caption from a video that has not been released yet.
I have never seen a woman that shredded...NEVER. Seriously, my jaw dropped.
Did you click on the link?? It takes you to the muscle development site and shows her training hamstrings with Jose. She's ripped as hell in it!! And she's not even finished yet!
