I'm 16 and wondering if using C4 Extreme as a preworkout supplement will be okay for me to use at my age? Will it help build muscle? And also if there are any known side effects. Thanks guys.

First thing first, let me make this as clear as possible *ahem* PREWORKOUTS DO NOT BUILD MUSCLE.....sigh.....atleast your young so its cool to be naive and this is a learning experience like it was for me a long time ago lol. Most pre-workouts offer stimulation that may increase vascularity, blood flow, help fatigue, etc... They are not made to put on slabs of muscle. Discipline and muscle strength are built in the gym and your muscle and sculpted body is built 100% from your nutrition. If your nutrition is sh*t your gains are sh*t. As far as C4-Extreme, you are young to be taking it, but hey their are 13 yr olds taking steroids lol so I highly doubt it will harm you. I have taken C4-Extreme and I find it to be one of the cleanest and safest pumps with practically no side effects if any. Just remember, everyone responds differently to things, so ur body may not take to it as good as mine per say, but I highly doubt you will have any issues. Just be smart, follow the instructions and eat healthy. Hope this helped.
I have not posted for last 2yrs (July 2010-February 2012). I was tired of being like 90% of all the people that post out of opinions rather than facts. Since that time I have increased my knowledge through research, and I corrected my ego. All my responses may not be 100% accurate, but I can promise you that what I say is not bias and is for your well being above anything else. Rep me if my post helps, not for boosted credibility (that half of people on this site do not deserve).

Yeah tell the young kid to take "Craze", the one preworkout that recently has come out where many people are having all sorts of horrible negative side effects *such as depression, anxiety, etc...* yeah thats just what he needs. White Flood on the other hand is not a bad option either, but as far as a well made balanced blend of ingredients and since ur young I still stick to C4 being ur safest bet.

Defintley white flood or c4 both are my favorite. Hit up ppwercage for some free samples of WF, if he can send them to you since you 16? Not sure but worth a shot!
