Random question..
I'm picking up some Opus tomorrow, currently taking a couple weeks off Craze.
I do a lot of running/cardio/circuit training.. Will Opus help with cardio? Or is it more beneficial for lifting..?

From my experience it could serve to benefit both cardio and lifting. I LOVE the improvements I've seen in cardio performance and most definitely notice when I forget to take it (like last night).Originally Posted by TimMason91

I have had great luck using it before sessions that vary as far as 1 hour of running and then 1 hour of lifting and have even used it pre and intra for runs of up to and over 20 miles. The taste and profile are amazing.Originally Posted by B Con
