My upper chest is getting big weekly. But im having trouble gaining growth in the lower part of my chest. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

No need to post what you do/did so far, for how long etc. Or use the search button. We will just advise you to do what you're already doing until you stop saying i'm already doing that.

Well it's actually quite hard to isolate areas of your chest (other than upper as that is part of a different muscle group). Basically, your chest is made up of your pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. The major covers the full volume of your chest while the minor is just 3 strands of muscle fiber connecting from the shoulder joint.
However, incorporating decline bench into your workout may spark some new growth in that area. You should lay off the incline for a week or two to allow for adjustment.
