Would say, 'youre not as smart as you think, you are actually a dumb fukc and so is anyone who thinks they know anything at your age, people are naive and ignorant and before you can learn anything you need to know you can only learn through being aware of your incompetence. People are trivial. Everyone experiences things differently, if youre knowledgeable on something which someone else doesnt understand even though you consider it to be easy, dont bother judging them on it at one point you were probably in there situation maybe not with that topic but with something else, this point shows how trivial some miscers can be when it comes to lifting, maybe that guy is doing a workout from muscle and fitness magazine and following a stupid diet but saying 'wow how can someone be so fukcin dumb' doesnt do **** here, they forget theyve been browsing a bb'ing forum for the last fukcin year and have this **** piped into their head every day so no wonder it seems so obvious to them

Start to read, read across different topics and find something you are interested in, the amount of people who dont read and who only source of entrainment comes through the TV or cinemas amazes me sometimes, but again i was once like them, only by doing something do you them realise just how good it is. Most people spend their time the same way an animal does, like they are on the same conscious level, waiting docilely for death to come around, they act like a senile old man who cant walk, just sat around watching some entertainment which requires no thought what so ever, when ever a movie comes along which requires more then an ounce of brain power you will notice people will get hyped up about it because 'wow it made you think right'.... inception...... basic.......not deep.,.....
