    Reasons for having a big stomach

    I've always had a big stomach and little is fat, above the muscle anyway. It's size may vary throughout the day. Some days its huge, other days, I'll wake up and its very small. Why is that? I have fat there that you can pull at and you can push my stomach in, but its not that much. Just touching my stomach, its hard and you feel the muscle.

    I can't post pictures yet but I'm at the top of pg 227 in the body fat thread and in my gallery if you want to see

    It get's bigger/ protrudes more when you eat...aka a food baby. Or your just fat and need to lose weight.

    There are 2 types of body fat. Visceral and subcutaneous. Subcutaneous is under your skin and on top of your muscles. Thats the fat you can see and feel and pull away from your stomach. Visceral fat is internal fat that surrounds your organs and is under your muscles. Assuming your not just bloated because of a crappy diet, you probably have more visceral fat.
    For all you cardio haters out there... Arnold does 30 minutes of cardio every day... 'nuff said.
