Oatmeal Whey Pudding
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Why not enjoy it and indulge! I do!
Every night I prepare my breakfast. Here is how:
1 cup of Old Fashioned oats
1 cup of water
1 scoop of Infinite Whey I prefer Vanilla)
Cinnamon
Microwave your oats, for approximately 30-40 seconds. Just long enough so that the oats start to absorb the water. Than mix in 1 scoop of Infinite Whey. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, and your breakfast treat is made! Let it set in the fridge over night, so in the morning you can enjoy a cool, sweet, healthy pudding with your cup of coffee.Follow me on ********!

Ditch your meal plan and develop a diet that combines sound nutrition with the foods you enjoy by eating when you see fit in the portions that allow you to achieve your macronutrient and caloric needs while providing sufficient micronutrients, energy and satiety. One can never forget that nutrition is a tool, not a restraint; the enjoyment of life should always come first. Psychological, sociological and emotional health should never be threatened by the attempt to increase physiological health.

I eat this every day, in a shake.
1. Grind your oats up (i do 1 cup, or 78g)
2. 1-2 Scoops Whey
3. 1.5-2 Cups Skim Milk (or whatever)
4. Blend!
It isnt that bad at all; however, if you make it and let it sit for a while, it will become as thick as pudding and you wont ever be able to get it down!Engineering Master Race

Look for "quick oats", they are already ground up. I use 1/2 cup to 1 scoop of protein. I usually add a banana, nuts and natty peanut butter and I prefer milk instead of water but I don't really watch my macros too closely...

I just keep it simple.
Grind 100g oats
Add to Shake with 500g whole milk
Drink
Is it worth getting a blender for doing this? Even though mortar and pestle leaves it somewhat fine it's still feels like it could be smoother.★★★ Always pick 4 crew ★★★
