tricep exercises focusing on long and medial head
hey guys. I don't know if this happens to any of you but my long/medial head of the triceps on my right arm seem to be pretty big but its lagging on the left side. how can i fix this? I think its a real problem so help me out.

try doing some one arm pressdowns or some exercises that works each tri separately

I have this same prob. cept my left is bigger.
It gets used alot more, since im left handed and all..
so everytime i do triceps..
I just work my right a few extra sets by itself.
hopefully it will be equal soon.

The long head is ephasised on skull crushers. Try performing those with the lagging arm. Peace
EDIT: Also try 1 arm dumbell overhead extensions for the medial.
