- Acquire a 120 cm bar, some protective tape & light weight plates
- Cut the bar in half ( I used a CnC Router), stick the tape to the handles
- Profit & Rep the OP

They can be used for forearm / grip training, but they might also be used for clubbell training. (Scott Sonnon sells a DVD on this topic.) If used for the latter, I think it'd be better to have the ball on the end of the handle. I've been training with much lighter indian clubs (1lb to 5lbs) and having that ball on the end really helps to keep the club from slipping from the hand when swinging them.
