anyone used this? i want a dedicated one of each but money + room are not cooperating at the moment lol. wanted to get some opinions. nothing really came up on the search. i had the regular TDS GHD i sold because i had no room. the smaller replacement i got works fine but is not really for hamstring raises but i make it work for it.

i have a separate GHD and reverse hyper...the legend/rogue ones. they're both great, but doing again i'd probably just get the GHD and save the money/space. IMO you'd be much better off dedicating any extra space to a separate station for something else entirely like a second rack for dedicated benching/pressing, dumbell work, cardio work, etc...

the problem with the reverse hyper portion of the equipment is your legs stop when they are hanging down straight, whereas on a real reverse hyper they will swing under you a bit helping to decompress the spine. I have both pieces separate but that NYBB i've heard is pretty cheap. If i were you i would save my money and invest in a nice solid GHD (i see you had one but sold it). I always read that the reverse hyper was the holy grail and would add 100lbs to your squat or dead. Helped with rehab and lower back pain but didn't see much carryover in the strength dept. If you have a power rack you can always fabricate a rack mounted one like i did prior to purchasing a real reverse hyper.
