    5'7 153 How many calories for bulk?

    Hey like the title says. I'm 5'7 153. Looking to bulk. Around how many calories should i take in to bulk up?

    How would anyone be able to give you a correct answer?!? We don't know what you job is like, workouts are like, what your current maintenance is...etc...

    Height and Weight are not enough. We at least need:

    Height
    Weight
    Activity Level

    Or, preferrably if you have done the math on your own, simply your TDEE.

    im currently on rippetoe's week 2. so i workout 3 times a week. go to college 3 days a week. when im home i try to stay moving whether it is just doing work around the house or shooting hoops, skateboarding, taking walks.

    I'd say bout tree fiddy...times 10, minus 500...srs. Evaluate after a couple weeks and adjust accordingly.
