Nearly 3 stone down since nov 06.. here is my diet

Nov 06 i was nearly 19 stone
Feb 07 im just over 16

My diet is roughly

7am Hyrdoxycut hardcore
7:30 Peatnut butter with toast or bran flakes

10:30 Nitrotech hardcore ( protein )
10mins after ill have some fruit, 2/3 items

12:30 Half a chicken from tesco with salad or pasta .
or whole tuna from a can mixed with some rice/pasta

3:30 Cup of vegi's , Multi vit tablets, cod liver tablets ,
Nitrotech hardcore again

Pre Gym around 6 normally i take hyrdoxycut hardcore
After gym ill take cell tech

30mins after gym ill have half a chicken with rice,vegi's or
steak/pasta/salad with a protein shake 10 mins after

Drinking plenty of water. roughly 6-8 litres

Gym wise i do 10mins warm up on the bike
1 hour of intense hardcore weight lifting.
straight after 20mins cardio

So far so good . Any ideas welcome : )

love to take in all views to better my diet. never know enough about bodybuilding

If you think it's working for you, stick by it..

i'd have a bigger breakfast though and a proper meal before gym 30 to an hour beforehand.

Its working but ill never says its perfect . I always like to listen and learn to better it .

Any suggestions to the breaky and before meal ?

generally it looks pretty good...but peanutbutter on toast is not a good breakfast, you barely get any protien with that, just have some eggs with what you are already having.

I would say that its a good diet and that it is very realistic for you to follow in the long run.
