Watup boys,
I was just wonderin if i do too much cardio. I swim everyday either 2 or 4 hours a day. I lift 3 days a week, i take 5g of creatine 30min before practice, n then right after practice. I then take 5g of glutamine a half hour after that, and then another 5g before i go to sleep. I am currently 5'9" 160lbs n i bench 220. I would like to get alot bigger. Can someone help me out with nutrition or something else i can do to get alot stronger. Help me out here, thanks alot

As long as you're eating very well (I am talking very well as in enough to make you fat if you don't do cardio) and you do cardio on empty stomach you're fine.. Just remember this:
1. Eat enough muscle-building food to make you fat.
2. Do Cardio on EMPTY STOMACH (you dont want to burn off the food you ate which would end up in your muscle storage).
3. Eat immiditeatly after cardio.
Just as long as you're not an ectomorph you'll be fine; I do 7x a week / 30 minutes of cardio for example and I've still gotten fatter(as well as gained much quality muscle).. I'd be a whale right now if it wasn't for the balance of cardio, but this shows that I eat well.

"Eat enough muscle building food to make you fat"??
Why not eat just enough to put on muscle.
"Do Cardio on EMPTY STOMACH (you dont want to burn off the food you ate which would end up in your muscle storage)."
Either way you're burning calories. If there is no glycogen in your muscles, which only occurs either right after you lift weights, or upon waking (or if you havent eaten in like 6+ hours) then you will burn either fat or muscle. Other wise you are burning glycogen (stored carbs). If you must do cardio while bulkin, then make sure you eat enough to cover your needs

because eating just enough to put on muscle is not enough, because there's a certain % of efficiency in where nutrition gets in the muscle.. so even if you eat 100 grams of protien chances are if you eat 150 grams it'll have more efficiency of turning into muscle..
enough to make you fat because the only way to eat enough for muscle-building is to make you fat.. it's impossible to eat well without putting on fat, especially if you want to increase the efficiency.
Also about the stored carbs; burning those off is a good thing, because as you know the carbs which dont go into muscle sit around and soon turn into fat which is why its better to GET RID OF THEM BEFORE THEY TURN TO FAT. and this is only part of the process, only the first 5-7 minuts of cardio you already guarantee you wont be getting fatter, in the next phase you start burning off fat.

also when you're running, your fat storage is the primary and main source of energy, either then the soon-to-be-fat useless carbs.. the only reason your carbs would be sitting around is if they havent been used in the muscle.
Cardio basically is a guarantee that you wont turn into a whale, or atleast not extreme amount.
I have gained 8 pounds already in 7 weeks in which everything was muscle(due to me doing cardio, it would have been 15 pounds and only 8 of those pounds muscle if I had not done cardio).

Thats retarded, dont do cardio at all???????????????
Cardio is very important, it helps you not embarrass yourself in school when you have track, you need cardio in every sport, soccer, mma, hockey, lacrosse etc.....
Not to mention, having good cardio will reduce your chances for future health problems
