I Am trying to BUILD muscle and to BUILD muscle I have to take in the adequate amount of Carbohydrates! I have made a meal plan according to what my daily macro should be for Carbohydrate intake but I find that when it's time to weight train I am sluggish and just overall fatigued. I would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem as well? Or has a similar story? If so how did you go about dealing with this? Should I look into just taking a lesser amount of Carbohydrate during the day? Can I get some input on this..would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
