    Carbohydrates sabotage my weight train?

    I Am trying to BUILD muscle and to BUILD muscle I have to take in the adequate amount of Carbohydrates! I have made a meal plan according to what my daily macro should be for Carbohydrate intake but I find that when it's time to weight train I am sluggish and just overall fatigued. I would like to know if anyone has encountered this problem as well? Or has a similar story? If so how did you go about dealing with this? Should I look into just taking a lesser amount of Carbohydrate during the day? Can I get some input on this..would greatly appreciate it, thanks.

    Carbs make me hyper and pumped, so I don't know that feel bro. But if lower or higher carbs makes you feel better, adjust your macros accordingly. No big deal.
