    Best time to eat sweet potato

    Im in my bulking phase at the moment and my main source of complete carbs are from oatmeal for break fast and white rice throughout the day. Im thinking of going back to or adding sweet potato to my diet. I was wondering when its best to substitute the rice with sweet potato ? Before work out ?? After work out ??

    Also will one cup of sweet potato give me as much carbs as one cup of rice ??

    yeah but by the time he chews it all and swallows it, it will be 2:52pm, which as we all know, is NOT the most anabolic time to consume a sweet potato.

    Ok, what you'll have to do op, is put the sweet potato in a blender and mix it with water to get it nice and fluid, then, using a trusted time keeper like a clock at your local city hall, chug said liquid sweet potato at exactly 2:43pm and have it swallowed BEFORE 2:44pm. Now this isn't an easy task op and to be honest with you, I think your risking serious progress if this is done improperly. Good luck.
