I love Chris, I love Cedric's physique. None of Chris's athelete comes out of shape. If Cedric follows that diet and hits it hard on weights and other things, this team will be a success.

Me and Chris Aceto have been talkin since October. I'll def do a few shows this year. Im tentatively planning for a couple, but basing it on how I look. If I'm not on target 2weeks out, I won't go. Chris seems to think that won't be a prob but u never know. It's a plus to not have to announce shows for the media, gives me more freedom to make sure everything is right. Kinda hard to NOT do a show because your body ain't acting right, when u've already had a few articles in the mags about doing a particular show. Now I can just creep in tactically "using covered and concealed routes to the enemy's vulnerable flank" (react to contact battle drill) haha
I'm not as good as Evan, Jeff, Jason, Seth and them with this forum ****, its hard for me to decipher ****ing around from real ****. Like if one minute u send me messages giving me props and support, then the next ur criticizing me, where I'm from we call that being 2-faced, turn coat, Benedict Arnold... Haha so I follow all my comrades advice and stay away.
Oh, and Dennis Wolf does rule... My favorite physique (outside of every bikini, figure or fitness girl that I can possibly get my hands on... None so far... Damn stuck up bitches) since I started competing back in 03. I wish I could get some shoulders and quad sweep like that.
Chris is excited and happy with how I look so that makes me feel positive about how things are going. Still 290-295 and lean as I always am in the offseason, no belly either! Haha

wish he would drop the military now and focus 100% on bodybuilding and **** will get real
