Unhappy Broke my knuckle, what do i do? How should i train?

Hellow guys, today I broke my pinkie knuckle and won't be able to train for a month... What should I do in the meantime?? I'm also in the middle of a bulk.. Should i continue bulking??
Also I probably will train legs over this time period however i don't want to lose too much size in my chest arms shoulders etc. I'm really upset about this injury and I am really worried about losing the hard work . What do you guys reccommend I should do? If so are there any upper body exercises that won't effect my knuckle? Thanks heaps guyss !

Broke my ring finger knuckle playing bloody knuckles... Just ignored the pain and did what I usually did. Knuckle looks a bit odd sometimes though, might want to get yours checked out.

I broke my hand last year playing basketball, you won't lose too much. Just keep your diet the same and do a lot of legs and abs. Or just see what exercises don't hurt your finger and just do those
