How can I lose weight on a trampoline?

I'm 24 and I weigh about 70 kg and want to lose some fat before we go camping at easter. So how do I use a trampoline to lose weight and how much will I lose?

If I jump on it for 2 hrs a day how many kilos will I lose in a week? And does it do anything more doing front flips?

What size of trampoline should i use, 13ft round trampoline or 14ft round trampoline?

If you plug your weight into this formula, it will tell you how many minutes you need to jump. To burn 1 kilo you need to burn about 8400 calories, and according to this you burn 480 calories in two hours. That's a whole lotta jumping.

Is there a reason that you're limiting yourself to trampoline? That calculator does not take into account the intensity. On the low end of intensity, you could bounce around with little effort or increase the intensity by jumping higher, doing flips, or other movements that require more effort.

First off, I have a client that's been doing trampoline before starting w/me and it has many benefits and is a really challenging workout. However, just like someone who ONLY does strength training or ONLY does pilates or ONLY does long distance endurance training, it's not enough to get you healthy and balanced because it only addresses one or two areas of fitness.
