Its tough being 15 and all, but the reason no one is taking your posts seriously is when people did take the time to explain things to you in your past posts - you seem to just ignore what they say and start another thread asking similar questions. Now as for the rack at the top its low grade. You will be better off putting your money toward some simple dumbbells and standard weights maybe a decent bench if you have the money and see how things go for a bit. PS the people threatening to neg you in your last thread did not mean you should start a new thread filled with the same stuff.
1) Now don't start any other equipment threads for a while.
2) Figure out how much money you REALLY have right now to spend and do you have access to a truck if someone really did say go get it?
3) I'm guessing your parents are ok with this and if you smash yourself with the 350lbs of weight they will be ok with that? This is not a joke - this and some of your actions is why people have suggested you just lift at your schools gym.
4) People will help you IF your serious about lifting and not just starting stupid threads because your bored. Good Craigslist deals go fast! Yesterday in your other thread I took a peek at your local Craigslist. Someone posted a 20-50 lbs hex dumbbell set for $80.. no its not there now!
Best of luck!

Yes thats a bad price! You can get a set of of 300 set including a bar for anywhere from 100 to 150 on craigslist.
Avoid that rack, you want a Power Rack aka Power Cage not a half rackMy Home Gym

Since this thread is toast anyway http://www.ebay.com/itm/Commercial-P...-/290670474616 depending on where the final price ends up ($1 right now, but I doubt it will stay there) this might help someone looking for a very NICE commercial rack in Fl.... I think cross country is a bit too far for me to drive so I wont be biding...

Yeah.. a MAX of 2 is useful.
For home use you really need 0. If you have a proper setup you're going to have 25 lb plates, and 10 lb plates.
the only reason to get a bunch of 35 lb plates is if you're getting them dirt cheap and use them instead of 45s, which is fine for most people since you're not going to come close to maxing out the bar.

Yea, I lift in it, funny guy . Although, I will admit, I just happened to have left the ab straps in there the last time I used it, I pulled the trainer down for the photo, and I also shoved the bench in there too just to make it look more cluttered. Just messing around.▪█─────█▪ Equipment Crew #4 ▪█─────█▪
