So I'm in a weightlifting class in school and we workout at the gym everyday. I want to do a full body workout 2-3 days a week but I am not sure of what to do for the days in between my workouts. I was thinking about doing cardio and abs but that can get old. Any suggestions? Should I go with a 2 day split instead? The main thing is that I workout all my muscles twice a week.
