So I am just now starting to get very serious
I'm a male 6 ft even 185 lbs and around 15-20% bodyfat
Maintenance is 2700 calories or so but to rid fat I need like 2200 a day or so anyone got some answers. 2200 with a lot of Protein?

2200 will get it done at 185 lbs, and you can probably cruise on that intake until very lean.
Any reason you put this in the advanced fat loss section? It's not really an "advanced" questionDon't Drink, Don't Smoke, Watdo you do?
