    Question I have a problem...

Recently I've been drinking more waterbecause I'm exercising more often, I'm drinking four to five bottles a day.
Ive always had a problem where my vision blacks out and I get extremely dizzy.
Well it happened really bad today after the treadmill and lifting weights,I fell down, went blind for a minute and felt really nauseous. What's wrong with me?!

See a doctor to make sure everything is fine. In the meanwhile, if you feel the slightest dizziness during workouts, pause whatever you were doing and take a short break. A similar thing happened to me once when I was working out in my room and I didn't realise the windows were closed. I felt extremely uncomfortable and experienced dizziness. My vision also blacked out for a couple of seconds. So make sure you workout in a well-ventilated area.

I agree you need to tell your parents and see a doctor. Are you eating enough? You can't live on water alone. Not eating can cause the light head, fainting and nausea. Blood sugar levels get to low can be dangerous. Please talk to parents or teacher for advise.
