    Red face Stupid question but Srs

    Im currently 5'11, 21 years old, 146 lbs.

    Aim: to build some muscle then cut and get ripped, just want some definition not too keen on size. How long shud i bulk for? Also, diet and routine?

    It really depends from person to person. You should be able to go up at least a pound a week by eating 500 calories over maintenance. The routine is defined as closed when you have reached your goals but this rate is different from person to person.

    Make sure to check out the sites I posted for motivation.
