    Quads stronger then hammies

    How should i go about bringing up my hammies? Thanks ladies

    Glute Ham Raises, Stiff Legged Deadlift, Good mornings and Sumo Squats.

    Sumo squats and GHR's are the best IMO.

    I had the same issue for a while, and deadlifts and splitting up hams to one day and quads few days later helped alot!
