Thanks to Posion for allowing me the opportunity to run SAN's ELIXAIR hGH. I will be updating this log 4-5 times a week with training, diet, and pics for the next 30 days. I will be turning 37 this Wednesday and as we all know at this age it is nice to have a natural boost and assistance in energy, libido, strength, and fat loss.
SAN reps please critique and assist along the way if you see something that might work better. I will be dosing 4 caps ELIXAIR 1 @ 1/2-2 hours before bed
My weekly training schedule will look like this:
Monday- Biceps and Triceps
Tuesday-Chest
Wednesday-Legs
Thursday-Back
Friday or Saturday-Shoulders
Cardio 20-25 min every day except for leg day
Other supplements:
Samples from SAN--->Fierce, Launch, and Tight Xtreme Pre w/o also White Flood or Androrush
Intra: Xtend
Multi:Gaspari Anavite
Protein: XF Whey and Myofusion
Diet is pretty structured and routine except for saturday where I live a little. High protein moderate carbs and low fat.
Beginning weight: 254
Expectations: Looking to burn a little more fat and get some good recovery and sleep(which I have heard is great with this product)

Sure do have a wife and I just looked over your review Sounds outstanding.
"Libido: Now this is where the product shines…well at least for me. Now before I get into details, lets just now I’m 37, that I’ve never had any problems with getting an erection, doing it, getting in the mood, or whatever. ElixAIR really made me into some kind of horny beast out of nowhere. I’ve missed 4 workouts because I decided to just say in bed and have hot raunchy sex. Of course, that means by the time we are done, I will have no time to get to the gym before work. I just penciled those days as “cardio/abs/thigh” workouts. One morning during my last week on this bottle, I actually stood in the bathroom for 5 minutes debating on whether to get dressed, bolt for the gym before morning rush hour or get back in bed and have some serious morning hump-a-thon. I know a lot of you guys are gonna hate me but I actually as able to redirect myself and get myself in the car before the urge got too great."

Day 3 & 4
Tuesday I decided to hit Chest during lunch, I have had what I thought was just sinus congestion since Monday. Still had a great w/o with 15 sets total. The bad part was when I got home I felt achey all over and have come down with the flu. I have been in bed all day with a fever and really bad soreness. Hopefully I will be feeling better tomorrow or Friday and can finish up my bp for the week.
