    I would like to weigh in at a full 210.. At 210, assuming barely any muscle loss, which I haven't really ever had a problem with, would put me somewhere around 10%. I have always been the big kid growing up and it would be awesome to see definition in my abs and lower back. I have said that I would like to start a verryyy slow bulk once I hit that number, but I may try to cut even lower depending on how my strength is. I don't know if I would rather be lean but still strong, or still relatively lean, not ripped, but one of the strongest lower body guys on the baseball field. I guess I will just have to see what happens.

    Regarding the BMF, I think I am gonna go with the BMF over the Bodybugg as I am gonna get one with a 3 month subscription for 70 bucks shipped to my house.'

    - Felt very strong during today’s workout. Don’t know why, but I will take the PR’s on a cut for sure!

    - TTA is coming off of the market because of all of the pharmaceutical companies wanting it all to themselves so I was able to take advantage of a couple sales on that and protein. Also got a BMF for 45 dollars shipped to my house. Thought that was also a good deal.

    - Tomorrow’s workout could be somewhat shortened due to schedule conflicts, but I will most likely only do deadlifts with a few hamstring accessory exercises.

    -Sleep was once again terrible last night so I am hoping that should change here soon with the extra carbs in my system.

    - No extra cardio today because of baseball. I also did a ton of cooking and was on my feet all night. I am sure my burn was way higher than what a 2700 calorie intake is suitable for, but I am going to stick to this plan for 1 week and re adjust from there.

    So much for the ud2. Just make sure you have 6 weeks to devote to it next time and it'll be a lot easier. Trying to start it at the same time your bball team's trying to do a standard hypercardio cutting diet isn't going to work very well...obviously.

    Basically my thoughts exactly.. I think once summer starts, I am gonna give it another go. It was honestly impossible to train well at baseball, then go straight to the gym for 48 sets on nothing but canned green beans. If I can lean up and then maintain through baseball season, I will cut even farther at the beginning of the summer before transitioning into a forever slowwwww bulk.

    I really just feel like you are one of those guys who posts forever dieting stuff. Not trying to pick on you at all but I seriously cant recall the last time I seen a log or post from you about a dieting down goal and then it getting off track. Even on this one you ended up over eating on the refeed of massive calories. Maybe the BB will help you with control and I do wish you luck but in the back of my head I knew this UD log wouldn't last more then week or so.

    Try a basic way of doing it and you will probably end up with some solid results! GL on the new diet attack

    I see what you mean, but I don't know as much as if the UD failed for me because of the refeed as much as it was the depletion ways working well with my training other than just weight lifting. I still lost over 1 pound each of the two weeks I tried it, so it did work for me. Did I follow it to a T? Absolutely not. But was it a failure, IMO absolutely not.

    - Tomorrow will be a lifting rest day but will have baseball and additional cardio at night. Calories will be down to 2500.

    - Looks like my BodyMediaFit should be here sometime this weekend or possibly Monday. I think, depending on how drastic the device comes back, I am gonna cut at a pretty steep deficit, then have a larger carb day than planned on Saturday following a leg depletion workout. Open for debate and comments on this.

    These are awaiting me in the refrigerator and are ready to be devoured come leg day. They rose up a little odd and out of shape, but they won't taste any different




    Notes

    - I woke up this morning after sleeping very well, but I instantly felt light headed, very hot, my vision was blurred, and I couldn’t hear well. When I went to take a morning glory, I nearly passed out and had to sit there for quite some time before getting in the shower. I felt fine after that, but it was actually the second straight day that this happened. I don’t know what it is, but I bet my body is just exhausted from the lack of sleep as well as the $hitty sleep I do get when I have been asleep. I don’t really feel tired throughout the day, but I am guessing the EC is just overriding it.

    - Had to get out of the gym quick tonight so didn’t really get in as much volume as I would of liked.

    - TTA and HEAT will be coming in tomorrow and the BodyMediaFit should be here soon as well. I plan to eat about 800 calories south of my daily burn, then eat at maintenance on Saturday and fit in the most carbs possible. I have a little more than 3 weeks left of my EC stack and will discontinue stimulants after that. I will then take a week off of my diet on spring break, not getting off track but not tracking macros, and will come back to add in my TTA and HEAT, both non stimulants, to finish off my cut after that. I would like to get down south of about 210-208 before school gets out the 3rd week in May. Assuming no muscle loss, that should put me around 9 to 10% BF. Maintaining muscle will be more difficult during baseball season, but only having to lose 6-8 more pounds in 2.5 months won’t be difficult at all.

    My motivation to do so is this…

    I take my last dose at 3pm. I dose AB and LX at bedtime per choice, not because of complications wit EC. I have always heard from others that they prefer the bed time dose.

    - I haven’t felt like that after a leg workout in a long time. It felt awesome to be that drained when I walked out of the gym.

    - My cinnamon rolls collapsed after being in the refrigerator for too long so I just went ahead and added in other forms of carbs. I also had a few carbs before bed last night that counted towards today’s macros. Thus the reason my numbers were a little lower.

    - Nothing but studying and cardio tomorrow. Should be a pretty good day of food as well.

    My legs were pretty sore today and I used the treadmill as more of an active recovery method. However, I found a show on tv I was interested in and just kept going. Obviously the extra cardio can only help.

    - Once again, legs were really burning today. Felt good to have DOMS like that.

    - I have noticed my hunger has really picked up as of late. I am always gonna be forever hungry, but I rarely feel satisfied anymore even after a big meal.

    - Slept extremely well once again. Definitely tell a difference since stopping UD 2.0.

    Noticed any results with the EC stack? Been using it as well and just wanted to see other people's experiences. All Ive noticed is it makes me really energized if I take ephedrine in a fast. Also if you are hungry, Id recommend eating a green beans, broccoli or something with a decent amount of fiber. Been eating a lot of lentils lately and it helps. Problem is being on a deficit. Kinda hungry no matter what it seems. Good luck man!
