Although If I eat it in a sandwich then I will add some low fat mayo.

Just because you don't like eating tuna out of a can doesn't mean others don't. Fact is some people don't mind or even enjoy eating tuna out of a can but if you don't like it then why force it? It's not like everyone out there hates it but has some kind of method to eat it like you are asking for.

I used to mix it with a LITTLE bit o day mayo and some relish and hot sauzzzz and put it on a sammy..I read on here tuna is bad for you in large doses (mercury) so I just stopped eating it

put hot sauce on and eat with fork

You missed the part where you use a fork to put it into your mouth.

Drain bad juice/oil replace with good extra virgin olive oil, leave for a while (overnight, but take it out of the can)

mix it with broccoli, also tried mixing tuna and eggs that was disgusting, uhm ive tried it with pasta and potatoes love that.

I drink swine blood (for my vitamins and minerals) and I eat raw cow liver as well, i have no problem eating pre-cooked tuna straight from a can ... But it doesn't really taste good, and then I need carbs and fat, so I just wrap it in oat bread with some tomatoes and cheese and heat it up a bit . crispy , tasty, healthy ~

Well for dinner tonight I had tuna mixed with rice and greek style yoghurt with chopped tomatoes. Yum.

I mix all this together and either just heat it up and eat it or really good if you wrap it up in a good tortilla shell
1 can tuna
1/2 cup beans (whichever type you prefer)
1/4 cup tomato puree
2tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds
Mrs dash garlic & herb blend

mixing it with some type of sauce (mayo, creme fraiche etc) and putting it on any sort of bread is boss, tastes pretty good. and that coming from someone who is disgusted by the smell of tuna alone

I buy the plain tuna and then mix it with a tbsp or so of mayo or hot sauce. I have it with bread and cheese and sometimes lettuce.

1 can of tuna (in springwater) + 100g egg whites + spicy seasoning + 1/4 chopped up onion } all of this heated in a pan until egg whites are cooked and then add 3/4 cup of cooked rice and 2 tablespoon of hot salsa.

I eat it from the can some brands of the tuna I eat taste like **** more then other. I am okay with it tasting like **** because just about every supplement I take that isn't no xplode tastes like **** to begin woth...
