Why do many Doctors or health specialists tell women not to do straight legged push ups? They say it will cause shoulder, neck and back pain. Women are instead recommended to do knee push ups. Wtf
Women are also recommended to avoid squatting to avoid having bulky upper thighs and butt. Why do all this 'educated' fellas acting so paranoid as if a little exercise will turn them into incredible hulks?

no all women should squat it should be law(dat dere squat butt)...as for pushups(assuming no preexisting back neck,shoulder pain meaning you go into them hurt)then they are like any other exercise do them..wrong and of course they are bad for you
where do people come up with this stuff ffs?"you can always think of many reasons not to do anything. But how many people are willing to search for a reason [a good one] to do something" " in life there are good choices and bad choices and in between there are doors"

Leo, please give some examples of these doctors and health specialists who are making these recommendations. I'm looking for names/URLs. I don't see a point in discussing this unless we know who to blame.
Better than that, I heard they actually do jumping handstand push ups:

But don't believe what people tell you about the giant cats only doing pushing exercise. You have to balance out that push-pull with mammalian sttiff-legged deadlifts and biceps curls:
