? Transdermal 4- AD - cycle off after one week/ stacked with 1 AD

I need some opinions.

I started my 4 week stack of Ergopharm 1 AD- 600mg daily stacked with Avant transdermal 4-AD- 2-3 squirts (100mg) 3x daily.

I was planning on using the 4-AD straight through (to counteract the 1 AD side effects), but on the 4 AD label instructions it states to use for one week on, and then take 2 weeks off.

I am going to use 6 oxo for post cycle recovery (along with ZMA Im currently using). So the ? is: Should follow the instructions, or use straight through?

Any help is appreciated.
