Here it is for those of you who asked me. My ab routine its not a easy workout and it takes weeks to get it down. This ab workout alone will not show your abs it only makes them more muscular, you need to lose fat to show them by eating less and doing cardio. The last 2 exercises in the video are Nick Edge ab workout who inspired me

Guys a lot of this has to do with genetics. I have been doing abs for years and I mean I still have them but mine are def not as cut as his. I do ab workouts from 1 day a week to 3 to 7 depends on how I feel. I can tell ya that this guy has some cut abs and is def a great ab workout. I can answer just about anything about abs. People say that you needa do ab workouts once a week or twice a week. It really doesnt matter it takes 12 hours for your abs to heal so you can do them as much as you want. I would recommend side abs and planks to start off and crunches with no weight then move onto weights that are light on an ab bench and use the ball and then move up from there.
