    My crazy ab workout for 8 pack abs

    Here it is for those of you who asked me. My ab routine its not a easy workout and it takes weeks to get it down. This ab workout alone will not show your abs it only makes them more muscular, you need to lose fat to show them by eating less and doing cardio. The last 2 exercises in the video are Nick Edge ab workout who inspired me

    i do a hard ab workout on mondays and fridays, then tues,wed,thursday i just go light you can see my routine on the video first 4 seconds. I do my ab workout after my weight training

    Aren't you supposed to give your abs time to recover, just like any other muscle?

    Thats what i first thought, i just followed a similar ab routine to Nick Egde here from bodyspace he works out his abs 5 times a week also and it worked out for me too. You wont know until you try it. Just start off twice a week

    How did you work up to these exercises because they are hard for me. I am 8% body fat and I can see my abs but I want them to be more muscular like yours. Should I do basic exercises like leg lifts for 2 months until I build enough strength in my abs to do these?

    Well this isn't my workout...but i can answer your question. Do weighted ab exercises, like leg lifts with a dumbbell between your feet and weighted crunches, stuff like that. Do sets of 8-10 to build strength, just like you'd do with any other muscle

    Alright thanks. I'll get right to it. Then when my abs get strong enough with those weighted exercises I'll do advanced exercises like the hanging knee/leg raises and wind shield wipers.

    Guys a lot of this has to do with genetics. I have been doing abs for years and I mean I still have them but mine are def not as cut as his. I do ab workouts from 1 day a week to 3 to 7 depends on how I feel. I can tell ya that this guy has some cut abs and is def a great ab workout. I can answer just about anything about abs. People say that you needa do ab workouts once a week or twice a week. It really doesnt matter it takes 12 hours for your abs to heal so you can do them as much as you want. I would recommend side abs and planks to start off and crunches with no weight then move onto weights that are light on an ab bench and use the ball and then move up from there.
