Lololol just got banned for 2 days on teamliquid for calling scarlett a patchzerg. I then pmed the mod who banned me and told him lol you must be a zerg or attracted to shemales. Im now banned for 2 weeks.

Yeah, I've been playing the Beta and find I get a lot of cheese. I don't get it, who really cares about winning in a Beta that will just erase your stats.. lol.

I feel like Day[9] was blabbering too much to be taken seriously. You cannot deny that after the queen buff patch it became way too easy for zergs to take 3/4 bases and turtle into infestor broodlords. Queens became so good (they are only minerals as well) at shutting down early harass that they barely had to make army units (only if they saw a timing attack coming) instead of drones, I don't know why Day[9] can't see that, especially as a player of his caliber. The patch was supposed to help zergs shut down harass, which it did, but they did not take into account the patches effect on the late game.

He wants a Laptop that he can play SC2 online on high settings. What are some laptops with the right specs for this that you could buy at Best Buy or Future Shop? He only plays SC2 so as long as it will play that on high, then there is no need for overkill.

My laptop runs SC2 at high smoothly, 1v1 multiplayer is playable, a bit of slowdown in late game large battles.

notsureifsrs. i take it you're a terran? because queens are only great against early harass versus terran. there is no way in hell queens will stop a good marine tank/medivac 9-11 min timing attack. the only thing they're great at is stopping overly aggressive gasless pushes early WHICH WERE DOWNRIGHT OP. I will say that it does eliminate certain builds and encourages macro but still, past that 9 min mark queens are useless at stopping a good push

jaedong is insane. Will be even better when he gets in sc2 shape.. Hasn't been playing sc2 very long. I came when I realized he was streaming for the first time.

Just watched the HoTS trailer. Fuuu kinda wanna play now but I can never fully get into the game. Tried twice, didn't finish the campaign both times. Just ended up spamming loads of units at base and then once I built up a decent army split half to complete the objective and half to defend base.

Also googled SC2 guides and brb having to memorize builds seems like it'd take the fun outta the game.

Play Zerg, I'm top master (1300-1400) and I don't know a single build, just scouting and making **** to deal with the situation. Although I have strong mechanics from BW so it can be argued that I rely on those.
