Looking for a new game to get into competitively, is it too late to get into StarCraft?

I haven't really played much RTS's, except for C&C and AoE when I was younger lol.

But I do have experience with other genre's & competitive games, (LoL, CS1.6, Tekken, SF)

SC2 seems so complex, especially watching some of the korean videos, it just seems like I would have no chance.

What do you brahs think?

i had no rts experience besides wc3, and i picked up sc2. it may seem complex, but its not. once u watch games, and play urself, the game gets easier to understand. its a fun game brah, also not too late

It's only a complex game if you want to play at the highest level. Other than that, you can still play decently well knowing some basics.

Plus, you'll be able to impress all the korean chicks if you're good at the game

Its never to late to play sc2, the ladder ensures that you pretty much always play with people of your level, so even a brand new player will start winning 50% of their games eventually.

Also I'm always in the misc channel when I play on NA. Megalisk.869

then youre playing terrible people lol and yes every race is waaaaaay harder at high levels. imo T is ez for beginners because the building mechanics are all super basic, and you dont have to look away from a battle to make reinforcements

Just got into SC2. I can't seem to win vs Zerg. I'm facing Gold and Plat Protosses and Terrans and I win 95% of the time. But zerg man... my TvZ is 7% win ratio lately if not less.

Anyone has a good build to deal with Gold/Plat Zerg?

oh hai.. im a silver protoss.. I used to be gold.. but now its insane..

basically imo protoss has the largest difficulty curve for beginners.. u just cannot hold out without sentry usage..

I'd switch to terran or zergz.. but i've played toss since 2000 so i'm kind of attached..
