1 Week isn't really a good gauge of anything, keep up the motivation but let some more time pass before talking about progress in bulking or dieting.
The best transformations are done over years, mature muscle takes a long time to develop and pack on in mass. Take things slowly, you can tell you're already motivated on keeping track of progress.
