Bodybuilding takes time. Its a marathon not a sprint.

Keep your before pictures and see what you look like 6 months from now. Then 1 year from now. Then 2 years.

Looks like you took the before pics then did a few pushups and took the after? You look slightly more vascular in the after pics.

1 Week isn't really a good gauge of anything, keep up the motivation but let some more time pass before talking about progress in bulking or dieting.

The best transformations are done over years, mature muscle takes a long time to develop and pack on in mass. Take things slowly, you can tell you're already motivated on keeping track of progress. This 12 weeks is just going to be one of many diet/bulk phases in your life, learn as you go.
