I think my diet is in need for a tweak. I am 20 years old, 152 lbs and 6 ft 2.
I'm trying to gain muscle while gaining as little fat as possible. I've gained 20 pounds since last may.
What are people opinions on the ideal macro ratio's to follow?
Currently I am eating about 3000 calories at about 50% carbs, 30% pro, and 20% fat.
What would change if I switch to say 40% carbs, 30% pro, and 30% fat?
Are you likely to gain more fat while bulking with a different macro ratio?
