As title says - looking for recommendations for a t-booster, more to boost libido than to gain mass/strength. Heard pine pollen is good but very strong - anyone tried it? Tongkat ali and rhodiola rosea are others I've heard of.. open to any suggestions though

Agreed. A boost in libido should be the last thing you need. If you feel like something is seriously wrong then I would pay a visit to the doctor.

yeah, last couple of months I've had much lower than usual libido. use to have morning wood every day, now can't remember the last time I had it lol

Maca, Icariin, Tongkat Ali, and Pine Pollen Alcohol Tinctures can all increase your libido. Forskolin can actually increase free serum Testosterone levels but not overall levels. L-Citrulline can help if you are having blood flow issues, weak erections, as can all that other stuff.

The only things I take on that list are Citrulline and testing out Forskolin for weight loss.

Stop smoking. Eat more meat. Drink more water.

Bulk Maca and Trib work awesome for libido in addition to 3,4 divinil to help free up bound inactive testosterone which can be found in Testabolan.

I agree with the sentiment here, at 20, you should be rocking with no problem, you might want to check a doctor before supplementing with it, but let's take an assumption that everything is fine with your hormonal system (and you do eat fats, not a lot but still get your essential fats in you), I tried both Tribulus, Maca and both and I have seen really great "libido" hmm performance with just Maca, I bought it directly through a UK supplement company, but it was straight up Maca (maca lepidium meyenii) tablets and that stuff took almost no time to get in my system and I felt it relatively fast (from a sexual context obviously). I mainly took it for the anti-estrogen benefits, but that stuff helped me also in the gym with some power\strength but that besides the point. If you have the money, I always perfer the pure stuff and no blend, so I control the dosages and if I need more\less, I have control over it, rather than buyinh a blend of X Y Z with X Y Z dosage. Meaning, try Tribulus, Maca, and D-Aspartic Acid.

Terrestris won't do anything for testosterone. I'm talking strictly libido. Since OTC test boosters don't increase endogenous testosterone production to supraphysiological levels in the first place (the amount needed to notice appreciable LBM gains), I figured I'd may as well recommend a good libido boosting product.

Damn, solid price breakdown for sure. Bulk trib is dirt cheap, but the taste is so strong.. it completely destroys a protein shake. There is no covering up the flavor of bulk trib which is HORRIBLE. It must be in cap form like this. That is my experience.
