Best support supp?

Been reading up on a few "support" supps i.e. AI Life Support, CEL Cycle Assist and was wondering if anybody could chime in on what they think the best one is? Thanks for any feedback.

Out of the two CEL Cycle Assist is better, and its a very good overall health product even if your not on a cycle.

If your planning on running a methylated compound that is harsh on your liver the best liver protection / detoxify product is UDCA or TUDCA. UDCA is a prescription drug and TUDCA is the taurine conjugate of UDCA. TUDCA is targeted toward steroid toxicity, and is not your typical run of the mill liver protector made with milk thistle. TUDCA helps prevent the formation of toxic steroid metabolites, reverses the toxic actions of those metabolites that do get formed, and speeds the elimination of the metabolites from the liver.

Thanks for the info no need here for worrying about running methylated compounds though lol. Wouldn't touch that.
