hi everybody,
I have shoulder pain for a while, especially doing behind neck press and pec dec.. went to doctor and he wanted me to take MRI and results says partial tear at my supraspinatus so I rest for 2 months and I started to workout week ago.. pain don't go completely but a little.. I'm only doing back and legs for now and worry about doing chest and shoulders.. anyone got advice? I'm wondering if I won't do any shoulders again
