    Body Fat scales. Horribly inaccurate?

Can i ask about people's experience with body fat scales? I just had my 2nd measurement taken after a month of hard work in terms of exercise and diet.

I went from 18.5% to 18.3%. I was very disappointed with this, but I told myself what is most important is the improvement you actually see in the mirror, and I am over the moon with the difference i can see already, even after only a month.

I'm on a 16 week personal transformation challenge, which im trying to get the biggest change I can get in this relative short period. I'm in a calorie deficit, weights 3 times a week and cardio twice. Then the plan after christmas to go into a slow long bulk, I'm probably thinking about a year, to put on a good amount of lean muscle.

I will post my pictures from before and after my 16 week transformation challenge when it ends.

I'm just interested in peoples experiences with body fat scales

They aren't very accurate. The best way to measure is Dexa or BodPod. Even those can be off a couple percent.
