Time has come…
To sack up and dedicate myself to giving 100% in and out of the gym. How will this happen you ask?? Well of course my diet and training have to be in place but I will have an edge with my new found buddy…
Let me thank a well known forum member and Ergogenix rep thekaratekid. Guy is hella funny and down to earth (no homo or maybe). Also Ergogenix for entrusting me with putting this product to the test.
Now a little background…I have not taken any Ergogenix products so this will be a first. I do have a small tub of Ergopump and Ergoburn that I might be busting out in addition to Ergotest. I have taken a test booster before but that was roughly 4 years ago and it was recommended by a sales associate at a nutrition store. I don’t really recall the results/effects it had on me. Here are the other supplements I will be taking in addition to Ergotest.
Ergopump
Man Vaporize
Man Scorch
Opti-Men Multi
Nature’s Bounty Fish Oil Pills
My goal for this log (which will run a full 30 days) is to drop 2 inches off my waist. I’m not sure if I am shooting high with that but I never really kept tabs on measurements and my weight. Keep my strength levels up while cutting. To be honest my weakness is not setting goals and not being driven by meeting these goals. So with that I am not going to shoot for a certain weight but more of looks.
Unfortunately this log and taking Ergotest will not be starting for at least a week. I was doing dead lifts earlier this week and on about my 5th rep of my first working set I felt a shooting/tingling feeling run down my left leg. I proceeded to knock out one more rep and then another set of 2 reps. After that I knew something was wrong. I didn’t go to the chiropractor for about 2 days and he adjusted my back. I felt a little sore but decided to hit the gym up again a few days ago for some chest and tris and while kicking up the dumbbell’s for my flat dumbbell press I felt the same thing run through my leg. I had to go back to the chiro and found out that I strained my back. The Dr. told me not to lift or lift lighter and focus more on aerobic exercises and finish up with some stretching. I didn’t want to start taking this product until I could really push the weights and felt 100%.
I have the next week off from work and I am taking a little vacation for a few days with my wifey. I plan on swimming and sitting in the hot tub to loosen the tension. If the hotel has some type of equipment I will get in some short sessions and stretching. Also ice ice baby. I also won’t be taking any supplements for the next week. I am a stim junkie and haven’t gone for more than a week in a long time. Just relaxing and resting to come back super amped.
I will be getting my before pics/measurements closer to the start of taking this supplement. Also will talk about my nutrition and workout plan.

Thanks for all the support! My body is feeling good and well rested. I started taking ErgoTest a few days ago to get it into my system before I get back to working out tomorrow. Have yet to notice any side effects but we will see as the days go by. I'll also be adding my before pics and as of today my starting weight is 188.6. I lost some weight from my bulk simply because I stopped eating as much as I needed to.
