I look pregnant after I eat...literally. I look 4 months pregnant and I can even expand it out to 6 months pregnant. No one believes me until they see what I can do and they are surprised. My stomach is super flat in the morning though.
I tried eating healthy and it's been a week now. It helps a little bit but sometimes my stomach gets a little big anyways and I have to suck it in when I walk around lol.

Lots of reasons could cause the bloating. Meals may be to big, you might be Lactose intolerant, your body may just have gas due to the diet changes and higher fibre. I used to have this problem and actually something that helped keep my stomach in more naturally was doing Stomach Vaccums for an exercise. The exercise works the Transversus Abdominus and Lumbar Multifidus which are the inner stomach muscles you dont see. Having stronger inner abdominals helps keep your stomach from sticking out. Worked for me!

I have this all day everyday. I'm trying to bulk and it's been a month now the scale hasn't changed at all (gotta up my cals!) Seems weird how I can be full all day and still seem to not gain any weight... Odd.. I hate the feeling though, so I know exactly how you feel.
This might be true, I do tend to eat salty stuff...
All in all I think it's actually a mixture of not taking in enough water (for digestion, every process in your body, bloating, and sodium intake) and a bit of gas (since I am ALWAYS eating very fast due to my hectic schedule and proclivity to eat in such a way.)
Good luck, try drinking more water and doing more yoga. Btw OT, you look awesome =)Never. Stop. Pushing.

I don't eat that much. I think it may be sodium/carbs or something...I don't know. Well, actually my cousin gave me a lot of fiber yesterday LOL but I didn't have to go to the bathroom, it just made my stomach huge and blow up. It was chicken breast, carrots, broccoli, and cabbage. I might just try some medicine...I drink water all the time with my meals and I tend to keep my food in my stomach for longer. My cousin is bigger than me (chubby) but she is trying to lose weight and already her stomach doesn't bulge out like mine sometimes.
How do you do those "vacuum" exercises? Also, what does OT stand for?

OT = off topic.
I really don't think you need medication, unless you actually have something medically relevant, like gastroparesis (I may have this due my Diabetes). If there are no medical complications, make sure you are getting enough water, protein, and fiber, and you should be fine.Never. Stop. Pushing.
