Is it just me or was Evan Centopani known as the "East Coast Beast" before being nicknamed the "Ox"?

Not sure the Animal Crew got vid of Ox cookin'.... Last year, they got video of him visitin' the fish market. That was pretty awesome.
Also love these interviews, post-show 2011 after the Arnold. Simply great stuff... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QklyT...gBWKyLIOOdlGT2New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal

I'm not sure if there is such thing as too much coverage of a pro bber leading up to big shows unless that coverage is things like a dui or medication addictions or something bad. Any kind of coverage thats positive for a pro bber is really welcomed!
As long as that coverage doesnt end up with random cameras in your gym trying to take photos of you daily and people asking for autographs at the gym hourly. Get home and the press is stalking your house through a van and as soon as you go outside they ask you what you ate so far today. That might be too much coverage.
But hell, if(probably will) Evan wins the Arnold this year, he will get more post contest coverage than any previous arnold classic winner ever. If he wins this show then his fan club will triple! Thousands and thousands of people on the East coast are going to see highlights of his win on the local news channels so the coverage hes getting now might just be a warm up for things to come.

I love these rambling videos Him and Kai should just sit down and chat in front of a camera for like 2 hours haha
Also, cool to see a supplement company rep on the boards who's a bit more chilled out and not just trying to push products/athletes, but actually willing to listen to people! Repped OP"Dont rush to get grown, drive slow homie"

Good relationships are worth havin' for a long time... I think the philosophy is simple. Surround yourself with good people with good values who understand what ur all about... Let 'em speak from the heart and with sincerity and that's all ya can expect. Ox is a great example of that...

this FTW... it would be nice to see a pro actually try and not do the typical peak week stuff the rest do and bring it in full as fuuuu. if one or two pros would do it people might see the result and it would become more popular. you'd think that seeing how full and lean he is now would kind of clue him in that maybe he doesn't need to change much to peak well

Ox's take after the 2010 Arnold Classic... Blast from the past and pretty interestin' stuff for sure... It's all about perspective, bein' humble and knowin' who ya are...
"When I was in my early twenties and just starting to get serious about bodybuilding a buddy of mine who liked to party a lot told me a story. He was out somewhere and he was waiting to get into some club. From what he told me, the line was out the door and down the block and he had been waiting for over an hour and had only moved a little bit. Out of nowhere comes this national level bodybuilder, who at the time was pretty well known. He goes up to the front of the line and demands that the doorman let 'em in. His exact words were, “Don't you know who I am?” My buddy laughed about it and joked about what an ******* the guy was. I don't know about you, but **** like that makes my blood boil. **** like that isn't funny to me. You're a bodybuilder, not a ****ing celebrity. And even if you were a “celebrity,” you're a douchebag if you act like that and think you deserve special treatment."

Latest article penned by the man himself, hot off the presses... http://animalpak.com/html/article_details.cfm?ID=582
"Right now, I’m three weeks away from a bodybuilding competition. And it’s funny because I just realized something; I didn’t say that I’m three weeks away from the 2012 Arnold Classic or that I’m three weeks away from the biggest show of my life or that I’m three weeks away from a moment that will determine the course of my bodybuilding career or three weeks away from being handed a verdict that will determine who I am or decide my fate. Damn, it’s just a bodybuilding competition. And while it happens to be on my mind a lot, while I think it through, I think through it at the same time. Physically, this prep has been pretty similar to most other pre-contest preparations I’ve gone through. Mentally, though, it’s been quite different. And come to think of it, maybe that has impacted the physical aspect of it more than I realize."New & Improved Universal Rep, For Universal
