Anyone know if the calculator found online at ( www . scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet . html ) is going to give a semi accurate guess at my body fat percentage? I have never been actually measured...however, I am going this next week for the first time...BUT the anticipation is killing me and I want to get an idea now. If that one is not accurate, any suggestions on how I can figure it out on my own with no tools other than a tape measure?? LOL...or can you help? My most current measurements (that i know, which isn't many) are:
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 154.2lbs
Waist: 28" (according to my pants)
Neck: 15.5"
...and that's all I have...anyone able to help??
My profile pic is pretty accurate of how I look...that was taken January 21st at a Warrior Dash in Florida, but I look about the same today.
THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
